The tea leaves have been grown in Canada, Ginger from China, Ceylon Cinnamon from Sri Lanka and Cacao Nibs from Peru.
Black tea has antioxidants and is anti bacterial. Black tea may improve gut health and reduce blood pressure.

TEA. TIME. packaging is refillable or biodegradable + compostable.. The clear bag and the label can be composted at temperatures and will degrade at temperatures of 22°C and above. The packaging it comes in can be reused, recycled and is biodegradable.
Serving suggestion: Add one heaped teaspoon per cup into an infuser and immerse into fresh hot water 95-100° C. Leave for 4 min or so or keep it in!
