Hibiscus flower petals are used as a refreshing and traditional herbal tea. The petals impart a bright cherry red colour to hot water and provide a delicate floral taste with a zingy tartness (similar to cranberry). Rose petals adds a complimentary floral note to the hibiscus flowers.

Serving Suggestion: add a heaped tea spoon of tea into a 12oz cup. Leave for 3-7 min to release the flavour and nutrients.
